Spin The Bottle is designed with privacy in mind. We do not require account creation or login, and we do not collect personally identifiable information such as your real name, email address, phone number, or physical address. The information associated with the App falls into the following categories:

a. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores gameplay session data exclusively in your device's memory during an active session. This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. Session data includes:

• Player Names: Display names (up to 20 characters each) entered by users for the current game session. These names are not saved after the session ends and are not linked to any real identity.
• Player Count: The number of players (2–15) selected for the current session.

b. Information Collected by Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party advertising and analytics services that may collect certain information automatically. This data is collected and processed by those third parties in accordance with their own privacy policies. See Section 5 (Third-Party Services) for details.

The App allows users to enter custom player names before starting a game. These names are used solely to display results on screen during gameplay (e.g., "The bottle points to [Name]").

We recommend not entering real full names or any sensitive personal information as player names, though this is entirely at the discretion of the users playing.

The App requests the following device permissions to provide its core functionality:

The App is free to download and is supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob. We display the following types of ads:

• Banner Ads: Non-intrusive ads displayed at the bottom of the screen during gameplay.
• Interstitial Ads: Full-screen ads displayed between game rounds, shown at timed intervals to avoid interrupting active gameplay.

Google AdMob may collect device information, advertising identifiers, and usage data to serve advertisements. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we implement Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain your consent before serving personalized advertisements. If you decline consent, you will only receive non-personalized ads.

The App uses the following third-party services. Each service operates under its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them:

• Google AdMob: Used to display banner and interstitial advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage data to serve and measure ads. Google Privacy Policy

The security of your data is important to us. Spin The Bottle does not collect, persist, or store any personal information beyond what is described above.

• No Backend Servers: We do not operate backend servers that receive or process your personal data.
• No Cloud Sync: No data from the App is synchronized to any cloud service.
• No Account Required: No registration, login, or personal information is required to use the App.
• Session-Only Data: Player names and session data exist only in runtime memory and are automatically cleared when the App closes or is reset.

Data processed by third-party services (AdMob) is secured according to their respective security practices.

Spin The Bottle is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. The App does not require account creation, login, or submission of any personal information.

Advertisements displayed through Google AdMob comply with applicable advertising regulations. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at the email address provided below and we will take steps to address the matter.

You have the following choices regarding your data and privacy:

• Ad Personalization: When prompted by the consent dialog (for EEA users), you can choose to receive only non-personalized ads. You can also manage ad personalization through your device's advertising settings.
• Advertising ID: You can reset or opt out of your device's advertising identifier through your Android or iOS device settings.
• Session Data: Player names are automatically discarded when the game session ends. You can also clear them at any time by resetting the game from the setup screen.
